2012 Pride of Australia People's Choice Award Finalist

After receiving the honour of a statewide award for his life saving work raising awareness of depression and suicide prevention, Steve was surprised and humbled by being voted into the National Pride of Australia People's Choice Award. Although Steve didn't win, he came in the top 5 nationwide, a fact Black Dog Ride is rightfully proud of. The work of Black Dog Ride in three short years has lit a beacon of hope in every corner of the nation due soley to Steve's vision and commitment to raising awareness.
